This is an exceptional balsamic, aged for a minimum of 12 years and imported directly from Villa San Donnino in Modena. 

This is an important occasion product, like that very special bottle of vintage champagne you’ve been saving. It’s a superb and thoughtful gift, an extravagance for the inner foodie who wants to spoil themselves, a very special treat with its more refined and intense taste.  

Not to be used in your salad dressings this aromatic condiment is a flavour enhancer for meat, cheese or strawberries. Try serving wedges of Parmiggiano Reggiano with a drop of this traditional balsamic from Modena, or fresh strawberries with a drizzle over the top.
