Davide developed this white condiment to be used with fish and in white sauces, as well as a lighter alternative for vegetables and salads. 

To keep the wine analogy going, you might think of the Bianco Condiment  as a special white wine you serve to pair with a special meal. 

It has a light, fresh taste with a hint of acidity that makes it ideal to balance more delicate flavours. This light balsamic is made with 65% cooked grape must and 35% white wine vinegar.

Matured in stainless steel to prevent the liquid from darkening 
Ingredients: cooked grape must (grape juice)  and white wine vinegar
Serve with: dressings for salads and vegetables, fish and crustaceans, in white sauces

My favourite vinegar

Like the dark version I use this vinegar all the time. Please continue to stock it as I quickly ran out of the product I bought in Italy.
